Francine JEANBLANC-SCHWAB
Partner, manager and associate director of TalentsFirstFrancine has 20 years of experience in recruitment for direct or mixed approaches including operational frameworks, managers, experts and high-potential employees in France and abroad. After occupying a senior consultant position then being a director of the international department, she went into partnership to create her own firm in 2009.
She has recognised expertise in analysing candidates’ skills and intercultural environments. Her firm specialises in supporting German and German-speaking companies and is able to carry out projects in French, German, English and Spanish.
She has a master’s in human resources management from the School of Management in Strasbourg. She also became an Agileom-certified coach in 2017 and is an IHEDN auditor.

Rodolphe JEANBLANC
Partner, manager at Talendhom, supervisor and coachFounding Talendhom in 2008 for Rodolphe was the product of a personal and professional journey, dedicating 28 years to supporting men and women through changes in their companies. He started this journey in a managerial post, before moving on to consultancy and coaching.
He supports companies and their managers as they undergo changes. His fields of work include management and transforming managerial culture. His objective is to mobilise and develop managers’ individual performance to be consistent with organisations’ collective performance needs.
Rodolphe has a master’s in management and marketing from the IDRAC International School of Management and a master’s in business law from the University of Lyon.

Sylvie WENDLING
Partner, manager at Fil Rouge, supervisor and coachAfter a career as an operational manager and a project manager for over 14 years at Kraft Jacob Suchard and Kronenbourg, Sylvie decided to focus on coaching.
Since 2005, she has been using her expertise to support transformation and development of potential. Working and living in an intercultural environment, she believes that there is no transformation without personal transformation and she considers herself a role model for her clients.
Sylvie has a degree in international marketing and finance (in French and English) from the European Higher Education Centre for Management taught by the ESC Reims group and a coaching certificate from the Institute of International Coaching. She is also a master practitioner of NLP.

He managed to hold both operational and strategic executive positions in manufacturing, development and engineering. He helps his Clients define, design, and implement an effective performance strategy to meet their organization’s challenges and goals. He is passionate about helping individuals and organizations to improve, innovate, and transform towards Operational Excellence.

Johanne FORGET
Partner, consultant in talent developmentAfter beginning his career in an NGO focusing on reintegration programmes and several years in HR management, Johanne’s interest in managing careers led her towards HR consulting. She worked as a manager in consulting, in particular at Development Dimensions International (DDI) in Canada, then France, before being the manager of DDI France from 2011 to 2017.
In 2017, Johanne founded Forget & Associés, a firm with the purpose of creating, supporting and developing the best leaders of tomorrow.
She has a master‘s in career guidance and career management, as well as an MBA from the University of Québec in Montréal. Johanne obtained certification in assessment centres and a certification in DDI events/training. She is a member of the Professional Organisation of Guidance Counsellors and Therapists in Québec.

Lee GOODALL
Partner, consultant in talent developmentLee Goodall has over 35 years of management experience in a multicultural environment.
At the end of his sports career, he founded and managed three international companies before deciding to focus his work on HR. As a HR project manager, he carried out a large training and development project for “top and middle managers” in the Indian Ocean area. He was also in charge of recruiting executive management and social auditing.
Lee is specialised in assessing skills, recruitment, coaching and leadership training. He obtained an MBA in international management at the School of Management in Marseille. He is also certified in Moovair®, DDI and GLI (Hogan Personality Inventory), in addition to being an NLP practitioner.
Lee is bilingual in English and French.

Béatrice GENETET
Communication officer and project coordinatorBéatrice joined Seed in 2017, taking responsibility of coordinating projects with clients and internal and external communication. Her personal and professional experiences have allowed her to develop organisational and listening skills, sensitivity to client satisfaction and relationship-building skills which now make her a fundamental part of the team for our clients and consultants.
Béatrice has an advanced technical certificate in communication and advertising. She completed her initial training with certificates in coaching, personal development and general psychology.

Véronique BEYLER-THIEL
General manager, lead assessor and project managerAfter several years working at Steelcase and Merck Millipore, Véronique established Seed in October 2003. As a professional with experience in human resources and leading change, she speaks to branches of international groups, SMEs and public institutions about organising, discovering, promoting and supporting individual and group talent.
While working as a consultant, Véronique also taught management and human resources at the School of Management in Strasbourg for 8 years.
With a master’s in human resources management from Pairs Dauphine University and a master’s in economic sciences from the University of Strasbourg, she is licensed partner Insights® Discovery, master trainer Moovair® (personal assessment), certified Harrison Assessment (behavioral competencies) and CQ (intercultural intelligence).
